ALL-ROUND MAINTENANCE

We manage the maintenance of plants and equipment for industrial and commercial complexes through the planning of control activities aimed at theimprovement of performance, consumption and remaining life of the assets managed as well as the reduction of activities that involve extra costs.

PLANT MANAGEMENT

We offer the management service on any type of plant, programming the starting, regulation and shutdown with the possibility to set the parameters automatically according to a logic of energy management.

SANITIZATION OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS

Thanks to a qualified personnel with special equipment, we provide the control service for the sanitary suitability of the air conditioning systems, carrying out the cleaning, sanitation, disinfection and sanitization.

MACHINE ASSEMBLY, OVERHAUL AND RENTAL

We provide the service of assembling and overhauling machines in our internal workshop and we can also offer a large fleet of machines for rental, with installation, start-up and support

services.

SPARE PARTS

Our headquarters has a spare parts warehouse for customers, allowing to avoid unnecessary downtime for the replacement of major parts.

MONITORING

We provide our specialized personnel to carry out daily or weekly monitoring operations on technological and refrigeration systems, with the possibility of dedicating them exclusively to this duty, according to customer’s needs.

AVAILABILITY AND REMOTE MANAGEMENT

The customer service is available 24 hours a day for 365 days to respond to any request for assistance on the systems by sending promptly an emergency team on site, in addition to the remote management and remote connection services, which allows to operate via software to diagnose malfunctions.

PLATFORM FOR COMPANY ASSET MANAGEMENT

We offer a system that allows to classify plants, equipment or any other object that you want to keep under control planning their maintenance in a preventive way thus optimizing the MTBF (mean time between failure).

AVAILABILITY AND REMOTE MANAGEMENT

Our technical experts are always ready to support you with energy efficiency solutions that fit your needs and can be studied and implemented by our Buildings o Refrigeration Divisions.
